The documents created to build your new home will meet the current building requirements of the BC Building code and the municipality your property is located within.

Our materials selection service will help you select the materials you need to execute the finishing details of your home. We will work with you and a team of trusted vendors to acquire flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, paneling, appliances, and all the other materials needed to complete your dream design. Further, we will also create a design binder for you to capture your inspirations and catalogue all the choices you’ve made along the way in an easy-to-find manner.

Our project management service will help you build a new home using your approved building permits. We will work with you and a team of professionals to construct a brand-new customized home. Every step required to develop a new home will be completed proficiently by our dedicated management team from the initial excavation of the property, through to the final occupancy permit, including every inspection along the way. Your new home will also receive a 2-5-10 home warranty.
